Zoom Cooking with Chef Scott

Virtual Zoom cooking class hosted by Chef Scott Guarino

Shrimp and pesto tortellini- Tortellini sautéed shrimp, pesto, tomatoes and vegetable- (broccoli, peas, spinach or asparagus- anyone or even a couple will work)

Grocery List-
1 bag- frozen cheese tortellini or ravioli whichever you prefer
1 jar of pesto- can usually find it near the pasta- there is usually a classico brand, barilla brand and a sun of Italy brand. I prefer the barilla.
A couple plum tomatoes, grape tomatoes or Campari- which ever you would like to use or have around house
1 bag frozen raw shrimp- any size- the easy peel works well.
Vegetable
Mini log of goat cheese (optional) but really good
Salt and pepper
Some fat- butter, vegetable oil, olive oil, canola oil

Items Needed
Pot- to cook pasta in
Large pan to cook on stove
Colander/Strainer
Knife
Cutting board
