Stephen Elville, J.D., LL.M. - Mr. Elville is the founder of Elville & Associates in Columbia, Maryland. His practice includes working with families of children with special needs.
Megan Rusciano, The Arc of Northern Virginia - Megan studied disability rights at American University in the US and the University of Ottawa in Canada. Her work focuses on being a creative ally for people with disabilities.
