 closest garages to Lawyer’s Mall are the Noah Hillman garage and the Gott’
 s Court garage. There is also 2-hour street parking that can be paid for w
 ith the Park Mobile app on your phone. The Arc will reimburse your parking
  expenses with a receipt. The rally begins at 12:00PM\, so with limited mi
 d-day parking\, we encourage that you are parked and headed to the rally l
 ocation by 11:30AM.
