X-WR-CALDESC:Parents' Day Out provides much needed respite care to parents 
 and guardians of children with developmental disabilities. The program\, o
 ffered each month free of charge\, is held one Saturday a month from 10:00
  am - 2:00 pm in The Arc's Research Court office building. The program is 
 staffed by Arc employees and young adults from local civic and church grou
 ps\, as well as other volunteers from the Frederick community.\n\nThe prog
 ram is open to children from ages 3 to 14. Pre-registration is required. A
  form can be mailed to you by contacting Emily Heiges or Karen Patterson a
 t The Arc - 301-663-0909. Parents are also required to call in after the f
 irst of each month to reserve a spot for their children for that month. Sp
