 \nThis will be a hands-on workshop where families will begin to create a '
 Letter of Intent\,' also known as an Individual Plan of Care.  Whether you
 r loved one with a disability is a toddler or an adult\, no one knows him 
 or her like you do!  \n \nOur presenters will be:\n--Jean Doyle\, LCSW and
  Support Coordinator\n--Anjela McNally\, Support Coordinator\nBoth are wit
 h the Futures and Estate Planning Project of The Arc of Frederick County.
 \n \nThe 'Letter of Intent':\n--includes all of the critical information a
 bout your child with a disability.\n--includes the family's wishes for the
  child's future.\n--is used when you are not able or available to direct y
 our child's care.\n--informs family members\, professionals and support st
 aff of the details of your child's life and care\, so that your wishes can
  be carried on in the future.\n \nLecture is free\, and free parking is av
 ailable.  Snacks and beverages will be provided. \n\n\nSpace is limited --
  registration is required.
