So Fun Fridays - This is a recreation program for adults with development disabilities organized through the County Parks and Recreation Dept. 301-694-1646
The Delaplaine Center - The Delaplaine Center for the Arts often holds classes for different skill levels. Some classes for individuals with disabilities are available. 301-698-0656
Way off Broadway - This is a local dinner theatre company situated of Rte. 40 in Frederick, and can offer a very different kind of evening out. 301-662-6600
Therapeutic Riding at Silverado Stables - This is a well established riding program with trained volunteers, call for times and costs 301-898-3587
Bishop Claggett Center - Claggett center offers a camping experience for adults with disabilities in August of each year. The camp is for about 4-5 days, and you will need to call for costs and times. 301-874-5147

Vacations - There are several agencies that provide organized vacations including companion care and medical supervision. Please call The Arc of Frederick County for further information. 301-663-0909
