"Changes and Choices: - (472 KB) - A Directory of Aging Resources for Families and Service Providers Supporting People Who Are Aging and Have Developmental Disabilities" - This book is a 1998 publication of infomration compiled by the Geriatrics and Gerontology Education and Research Program of the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and Service Coordination, a division of The Arc of Frederick County. While some of the information may be outdated, it still contains many resources and information that may be helpful.
