The Arc of Frederick County hereby advises the public that by law and/or policy, it does not permit discrimination in the delivery of services and employment on the basis of disability status, race, color, national origin, or sexual orientation. Additionally, discrimination in any phase of employment practices policies or procedures on the basis of religion, age, or sex is prohibited. This shall include insuring that agreements are not entered into with businesses, firms, or institutions which discriminate.
