The Arc of Frederick County held its 18th Annual Captain’s Choice Golf Scramble on September 14, 2009 at Hollow Creek Golf Club in Middletown. Golfers and volunteers enjoyed a beautiful day on the course, and a great event! Almost $12,000 was raised thanks to the support of sponsors, golfers, donors, volunteers and committee members. 

The event sponsor was PNC Bank, the Silver sponsors were Jim and Sherrie Richardson, and the Bronze sponsors were the members of the Minnick family.  Thank you all!

Tournament winners were: First place, Northstar Foundations Team; Second place, the Nancy Little Team; Third place, Papalia Financial Team. 

All proceeds from this event will benefit people with developmental disabilities and their families in Frederick County. See you next year!
